Fully sustainable construction
Études Architectural Solutions uses sustainable natural materials and low-carbon construction. Our continuous low-carbon concrete form extrusion process combined with COBOD’s digital concrete printing can create adjacent and connected dwelling units.
Sizes from 1500 to 5000 square feet can be constructed.
Single or Shared
Available as a single family or shared dwelling with up to three partners. Costs of construction as well as operating expenses can be shared.

Climate Monitoring System with App Access
Our Integrated Sensor Suite (ISS) with wall display will keep track of local and global climate conditions, and alert you of issues and safety of the atmosphere.
It ensures you know the quality of your internal and external atmospheric environment 24/7/365.
Safe from high temperature, extreme storms, flooding, and radiation
The fusion of imagination and expertise by Études Architectural Solutions ensures you will be safe from these climate disruption threats no matter how extreme they become.
The CCB is also vandal and looter proof.
CCB’s can be placed almost anywhere, but a minimum of 1/2 acre is required. *Hurricane prone areas not recommended.
Wind and solar energy with battery backup comes standard, plus an atmospheric water condenser.
Each CCB is equipped with a 10 kilowatt solar array and a wind turbine generator. Battery backup ensures power at night and when the wind doesn’t blow for up to 36 hours.
The atmospheric water condenser provides up to 125 gallons of clean filtered water directly from the air each day.
Special Options
The Automated Surface Access Silo (ASAS) can be set to open for drone delivery of goods and supplies such as Amazon drone service. The lower levels can provide garage space for an All-Terrain Electric Vehicle which charges from the CBB internal power system. An access ramp and hydraulic locking bulletproof surface door provides safe ingress/egress.
Exclusive Features
Run of the mill bunkers rarely have little to offer in the way of amenities, and are designed for short-term survival. The Études CCB offers environmental monitoring, water reclamation for the air, composters/digester for food and human waste, plus a 100% green and sustainable energy supply. We even have options for an Electric All Terrain Vehicle E-ATV with a garage! Deliveries of supplies can be made by drones using Amazon’s Drone Service.
